Hand Up LLC operates the business known as Hand Up Realty and the personal brand of its owner, Eric Donoho. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party platform. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. You grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such submissions. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you submit.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hamilton County, Indiana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Each party shall bear its own costs except as the arbitrator may otherwise award.
We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice to you, including in connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of our business or assets. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of our right to enforce it later. No waiver of any term shall be effective unless made in writing by us.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
