This Policy does not apply to:

  • Third-party websites, platforms, or services we link to or integrate with (for example, social media platforms, a multiple listing service, a real estate brokerage’s systems, or a payment processor). Those parties have their own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
  • Information you provide directly to a real estate brokerage, lender, title company, or other third party outside of our Sites.

We use cookies and similar technologies for functionality, analytics, and advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through cookie preference tools on our Sites. Disabling cookies may limit some features of the Sites.

5. Text Messages (SMS/MMS)

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receiving informational and/or marketing text messages from Hand Up LLC at the number you provide.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Sites may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, and professional obligations (including real estate recordkeeping requirements), to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.
